I'm Rachel, and Common Interests is born out my love for things that are well-made, practical, and meaningful. I'm no expert: in fact, my customers teach me new things about my own industry every market day. Instead, I ground this project in a simple goal to curate with care. Every choice is driven by a desire to share tools that bring a bit of joy and maybe even an excited fist pump to your daily life.

For me, the heart of retail is about connection and a shared appreciation for the tactile world. I care deeply about the purpose behind what goes onto these shelves. I promise never to stock things just to chase a high profit margin or to trigger a mindless impulse buy; you will not find purposeless clutter here. I look for genuine utility, thoughtful construction, and fine pieces that simply feel good to use.
